Where do you ship to?
We ship to the USA and Internationally, with a few exceptions.
Due to troubles with customs and a high number of packages being seized, we do not ship to these countries:
Afghanistan, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Cuba, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Morocco, Norway, Sweden, Sudan, Syria, UAE, and UK.
Due to the recent Psychoactive Substances Bill, unfortunately we cannot ship to the UK.
Note: We do ship to Australia, but have experienced problems in the past so please be warned that things may not go smoothly.
How long does shipping take within the USA?
We ship either USPS First Class or USPS Priority, which take 2-3 days to arrive.
How long does International shipping take?
International shipping usually takes between 7-14 days, though we can’t make any guarantees.
Customs is the #1 reason for any delays you might experience.
What if my package is held up by customs?
We make sure to fill out the correct paperwork on all international orders and so your package should make it through customs fairly quickly.
The standard delay is 2-3 days, but it could be a lot longer depending on the country.
If you’re in the UK please be aware that a 20% VAT charge may be added at customs.
What happens if my package is seized?
It is very important that you make sure what you are ordering is not scheduled in your country.
As long as this is the case it is extremely unlikely your package will be seized.
In the event that your order does get seized unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund.
My country has high import taxes. Can you reduce the listed value of the contents?
We are unable to reduce the value of your order, nor can we change the description or mark it as a gift.
This applies to all international and domestic orders of any value.
I need to change the address of an order I just placed, can I do this?
Send us an email at email@example.com as soon as you can. If it hasn’t shipped we can change the address for you.

We also offer full refunds in store credit for any unsatisfied customers, for any reason.
