December 2018: Please be aware that this batch of Phenibut has Magnesium Stearate as a filler instead of our usual Maltodextrin. If you order and receive this product from the 1st of December 2018 the label will say Maltodextrin, but it will instead contain Magnesium Stearate.
Phenibut is a broad action relaxation and sociability nootropic that enhances confidence and extroversion, whilst reducing the effects of anxiety and stress. Described as creating a feeling of calm without sedation, Phenibut is often used as a medium-duration sleep aid, social tool and mood brightener. On top of its desirable benefits to mood and extroversion, it provides moderate cognitive benefits, including enhanced concentration and recall.
Phenibut is also used in conjunction with potent cognitive enhancers such as Adrafinil, Noopept and Phenylpiracetam to complement the effect profiles. These combinations (or “stacks”) create a focused and productive mental state with a calm and collected emotional affect.
Capsules per day: 1 – 4
Effect onset: 60 – 120 minutes
Effect duration: Phenibut is a medium lasting social enhancer, with a peak effect duration of 5 hours. Calming can last 10 hours, with some residual benefits reported up to 20 hours later.
Extended use: Usage greater than 2-3 times per week will build tolerance and may lead to dependence. If effects subside, taking 1 week off can restore potency. If tolerance builds, exceeding standard doses will lead to dependence more quickly, so caution is recommended.
- The optimal dose of Phenibut varies between individuals, and exceeding your personal upper limit may compound side effects without benefit. Beginning with the smallest amount will allow you to test effects with due caution.
- Taking 2h before desired time of sleep may improve sleep quality.
- Combining phenibut with benzodiazepines or GHB is dangerous and can promote respiratory depression in high dosages.
Alcohol note: Mixing phenibut with alcohol will increase the toxicity of both and can be hazardous to health.
IMPORTANT: If taken continuously over time, sudden discontinuation may cause potentially dangerous withdrawal symptoms. Phenibut is a GABAB receptor agonist, abuse of which can cause seizures, delirium and/or hyperthermia. If dependence begins to build, taper off with caution. If you are uncertain, always consult a medical professional.
