| Senolytic activity in vivo | B | Source being re-verified |
| Cognitive aging (animal models) | C | Source being re-verified |
Each benefit is graded on its own; a substance can have strong evidence for one effect and little for another. What the grades mean.
Dose and timing
Doses used in the research on file, taken as 1 dose (cycle). Not a recommendation.
Safety and interactions
| Recorded side effect | How often | Severity |

History
Yousefzadeh 2018 identified its senolytic activity while screening flavonoids. Currais 2018 reported reduced cognitive decline in an Alzheimer mouse model. Human senolytic trials remain limited.
